四川省金融科技学会简介
四川省金融科技学会是经四川省民政厅批准，在四川省地方金融管理局的指导下，由金融科技领域的专家学者和相关企业自愿组成的具有法人资格的非营利性社会团体组织，是四川省内金融科技领域唯一一家省级行业组织和研究机构。
学会作为四川金融科技发展的引领者，聚集了全球金融科技领域的精尖人才和一批优质金融科技相关企业、学术机构，具有很强的“政产学研媒”融合平台优势。学会秉承“创新、开放、包容、普惠”的理念，推动企业把区块链、人工智能、大数据、云计算、物联网等新型金融科技手段应用到各类稳妥的金融产品创新中，加速中国 ( 西部 ) 金融科技高地建设，助力成渝共建西部金融中心。
学会业务范围
（一）组织推动开展有关金融科技的专项调查及学术研究活动，探索金融科技的理论与实践，反映、推荐并奖励金融科技研究优秀成果；
（二）向社会各界广泛普及金融科技知识、宣传金融科技政策；
（三）组织金融科技学术交流与研究活动；
（四）按规定编印金融科技研究刊物资料，促进金融科技行业信息交流；
（五）举办多种形式的行业研讨会、学术报告会，广泛开展金融科技合作交流；
（六）组织金融科技知识、技能培训，促进金融从业人员业务素质的提高；
（七）向有关部门反映会员对金融科技政策的建议、意见；
（八）开展金融科技政策及场景应用、产品设计等咨询服务；
学会致力于打造四川金融科技高地，为相关企业提供多维度精准服务支持：
1. 充分利用平台优势，匹配企业发展所需资源，发挥“政、产、学、研、媒”融合一体功能；
2. 提供资本对接，顶层设计以及政策宣贯沟通等支持；
3. 为金融科技企业提供业务撮合、技术升级迭代、国内外市场拓展以及学术研究成果落地转化的支持；
4. 从事相关学术研究活动；举办行业相关的各类培训活动，开展评优评级等工作；
5. 举办多层次、多类型活动论坛，例如：国际大型行业盛会、“让行业立足前沿-蜀融汇”、“以对话链接资源-星慧聚”、商机对接“商洽会”、专题闭门研讨会以及“走进高校”系列主题讲座等活动；
6. 拥有国内外金融科技领域强大、前沿、专业的智库专家团队。
Sichuan Association of Fintech Introduction:
Sichuan Association of Fintech (SCAFT) is a
non-profit social association with legal personality, which is approved by
Department of Civil Affairs of Sichuan and under the guidance of Sichuan Provincial
Bureau of Financial Work. SCAFT is voluntarily formed by experts, scholars, and
relevant enterprises in the field of fintech. Adhering to the concept of
"Innovation, Openness, Harmony and Inclusiveness", SCAFT aims to
break through the barriers of "government, industry, theoretical research
and application", steadily gives impetus to the implementation of
innovation projects, promotes the development and application of fintech in the
field of financial practice, helps enterprises to apply new fintech such as
blockchain, artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, internet of
things to various innovations of financial products, and contributes to the
construction of western financial center in China.
As a leading force
in the fintech development in Sichuan, SCAFT has attracted top-notch talents in
the field of fintech worldwide, as well as large numbers of high-quality
fintech enterprises and academic institutions.
Business Scope:
1. Organize and promote the special
investigation and academic research activities related to fintech, explore the
theory and practice of fintech, reflect, recommend and reward outstanding
achievements in fintech research.
2. Popularize fintech knowledge and policies
to public.
3. Organize academic exchanges and research activities
in fintech.
4. Compile and print the materials of fintech
research journals according to regulations, and promote the information
exchange of fintech industry.
5. Hold various forms of academic seminars ,
and extensively carry out academic exchanges in fintech.
6. Organize the training of fintech knowledge
and skills, and improve the professional quality of financial practitioners.
7. Reflect members' suggestions on fintech to
relevant departments.
8. Carry out consulting services of fintech
policy and scene application.
9. Engage in other academic research activities, training and rating work entrusted by the competent business unit.
